Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen seeks a senior technical leader to drive Palantir Foundry initiatives, guide architecture decisions, and mentor engineers in a secure, scalable environment. You will shape engineering standards and lead cross-team collaboration across complex enterprise platforms.

The role emphasizes design reviews, production reliability, and proactive client communication with senior stakeholders while advancing Foundry capabilities and patterns within our services.

Qualifications

• Experience developing enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, or platform-based solutions.
• Experience providing technical direction for complex application engineering efforts.
• Experience reviewing technical designs, mentoring engineers, and improving engineering practices.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred.
• Agentic development experience.
• Travel: <10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for Palantir applications, workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Establish and promote reusable engineering patterns, coding practices, testing expectations, documentation standards, and support models for Foundry-based applications.
• Guide Foundry capabilities usage and ensure consistent deployment patterns across teams.
• Review complex designs and code, identify risks, and ensure alignment with business goals and supportability.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to engineers to raise team capability.
• Identify dependencies and cross-team impacts; align delivery with project priorities.
• Serve as escalation point for production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
