Job summary

The role emphasizes platform enablement, strong communication with business and tech stakeholders, and a focus on reliability, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience required; 8 years preferred.
• Experience developing enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, or platform-based solutions.
• Experience providing technical direction for complex application engineering efforts.
• Experience reviewing technical designs, mentoring engineers, and improving engineering practices.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred.
• Agentic development experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience and training may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Technical direction and solution leadership for Palantir applications and platforms.
• Establish engineering standards, patterns, testing, and documentation across projects.
• Guide Foundry platform enablement and consistent deployment practices.
• Lead design reviews, identify risks, and ensure long-term supportability.
• Provide mentorship and grow engineering capabilities across teams.
• Coordinate cross-project planning and align delivery with priorities.
• Serve as escalation point for production issues and root-cause analyses.
• Communicate technical options and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
