Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen seeks an experienced engineering leader to drive technical design for Palantir Foundry applications, workflows, and platform capabilities. You will set engineering standards, guide architecture decisions, and promote reusable patterns across projects.

You will mentor engineers, review designs, and coordinate dependencies with product owners while supporting production stability and client-facing communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience preferred with technical leadership experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale Foundry-based solutions preferred.
• Ability to provide direction on complex engineering efforts and mentoring.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry is highly desirable.
• Agentic development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for Palantir applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Establish reusable engineering patterns, coding practices, and support models.
• Guide Foundry Platform enablement across project teams.
• Review complex designs, identify risks, and ensure long-term support.
• Provide mentorship and engineering development for the team.
• Plan cross-project dependencies and align with product priorities.
• Serve as escalation point for production issues and root-cause analysis.
• Communicate technical options and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
