Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen is seeking a senior technical leader to direct Palantir Foundry engagements, shaping architecture and deployment patterns across multiple projects.

You will mentor engineers, define standards, and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions while coordinating with product owners and managers to align delivery with strategic priorities. This role is on-site in Houston with travel <10% and a focus on enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering leadership or architect roles.
• Experience directing complex Palantir Foundry projects or similar platforms is preferred.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and improve engineering practices.
• Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience and training acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and solution leadership for Palantir Foundry applications and integrations.
• Set engineering standards, patterns, testing expectations, and deployment practices.
• Mentor engineers and raise team capability through reviews and coaching.
• Lead cross-project planning and identify dependencies and technical debt.
• Serve as escalation point for production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
