Salesforce’s Fin division seeks a Forward Deployed Product Manager to work directly with our largest customers, guiding deployments of Fin’s AI agent across service, sales and ecommerce.

This high-ownership role involves pitching, configuring, and driving deployments, collaborating with Sales, Success and R&D, and turning field learnings into product improvements.

The position emphasizes proximity to customer reality, rapid iteration, and shaping playbooks for future deployments.

Qualifications

• No minimum years required; impact, drive and potential matter more than tenure.
• Customer obsession with deep empathy and bias for action.
• Communication & storytelling: pitch to executives, discuss technical details with engineers.
• Technical fluency: discuss APIs, SaaS infra, LLMs, and low-code tooling with customers.
• Evidence-based thinking: use data to justify deployment plans and roadmaps.
• Cross-functional influence: unite sales, success and engineering for deployments.
• Comfort with ambiguity: thrive in fast-changing, undefined environments.
• Operational rigor: highly organized and structured in deploying multiple projects.
• Even better if you have experience building product for enterprise customers; startup or B2B SaaS background; consulting or customer success.

Responsabilités

• Own outcomes for a portfolio of strategic customers deploying Fin.
• Run the full arc yourself: pitch, demo, scope, configure, and unblock deployments.
• Be the AI expert in the room during customer conversations.
• Partner with Sales, Success, and R&D to create a unified customer deployment.
• Turn field learnings into product input to shape the roadmap.
• Build deployment playbooks, templates, and best practices for faster future deployments.
• Help define what Forward Deployed PM means at Fin.
