Job summary

Fin, part of Salesforce, is hiring a Forward Deployed Product Manager to work directly with strategic customers, shaping deployments of Fin and feeding insights back into the product roadmap. This high-visibility, high-ownership role combines customer-facing leadership with hands-on product work in a fast-growing AI SaaS setting.

You’ll own deployments end-to-end, collaborating with Sales, Success, and R&D, and turn field learnings into product bets.

Qualifications

• No minimum years of experience; focus on impact, drive and potential.
• Strong communication and storytelling to pitch to executives and engineers.
• Technical fluency to discuss APIs, SaaS infra, LLMs and low-code tooling.
• Evidence-based thinking using data to justify deployment plans.
• Cross-functional influence across teams to deliver outcomes.
• Comfort with ambiguity in fast-changing environments.
• Operational rigor to manage multiple deployments and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes for a portfolio of strategic customers deploying Fin.
• Run the full arc yourself: pitch and demo Fin, scope the solution, configure it and unblock deployments.
• Be the AI expert in the room for customers.
• Partner tightly with Sales, Success, and R&D to act as one team.
• Turn field learnings into product input for the roadmap.
• Build deployment playbooks, templates and best practices.
• Define Forward Deployed PM role at Fin.
