Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to design and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments. You will work with multi-agent orchestration, data grounding, and enterprise integrations across ERP and data platforms.

You will write production code, implement real-time pipelines, and collaborate with Deployment Strategists and AI Engineers to deliver scalable AI workflows in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Hands-on AI & grounding expertise with LLM orchestration and RAG pipelines.
• Experience with API-led connectivity and modern agent protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions inside customer environments.
• Lead real-time data grounding and prompt engineering for multi-agent workflows.
• Develop and maintain APIs (REST, GraphQL, webhooks) and integration pipelines.
• Bridge AI agents with legacy ERP systems via middleware.
• Write production-grade code and implement monitoring dashboards for health and outcomes.
• Collaborate with enterprise CTOs/VPs and product teams to drive adoption.
