Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work directly with customers to deploy, operationalize, and scale AI-powered workflow solutions. This role blends full-stack engineering, enterprise integration, generative AI implementation, and client-facing delivery.

You will apply modern LLM engineering practices—prompt/context engineering, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, and responsible AI controls—to deliver measurable customer value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering or related delivery roles.
• Strong full-stack and API integration experience.
• Experience with AI/LLM-powered apps and RAG systems.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Understanding of responsible AI and data security.
• Customer-facing engineering or solutions delivery experience.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operationalize agentic AI workflows within client ServiceNow environments.
• Translate customer requirements into technical architectures and production-ready solutions.
• Integrate NewRocket Agent Packs and AI accelerators into enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with client teams to tailor AI solutions to business processes and data sources.
• Support workshops, pilots, and production rollouts.
• Communicate AI capabilities, tradeoffs, and adoption considerations to stakeholders.
• Build demos, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept for AI workflows.
• Develop secure integrations between ServiceNow, APIs, and data platforms.
