Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work directly with customers, deploying and scaling AI-powered workflows across ServiceNow and enterprise ecosystems. You will blend full-stack engineering with enterprise integrations, generative AI, and client-facing delivery, applying responsible AI practices and RAG techniques to real-world business problems.

You will collaborate with AI/ML engineers, product teams, and consultants, contributing to the evolution of NewRocket’s AI

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-facing AI/ML solutions.
• Strong foundation in full-stack engineering and enterprise integrations.
• Practical experience with generative AI workflows, RAG, and structured outputs.
• Familiarity with Claude or similar LLM platforms and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and operationalize agentic AI workflows within client environments and enterprise ecosystems.
• Translate customer requirements into technical architectures and production-ready AI solutions.
• Build and integrate NewRocket AI accelerators, agent packs, and workflow solutions.
• Collaborate with business consultants, product teams, and customer stakeholders to tailor AI solutions.
