Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work directly with customers, deploying agentic AI workflows, integrating AI accelerators, and delivering secure, enterprise-grade AI solutions. You will collaborate with consultants, product teams, AI/ML engineers, and client stakeholders to translate business problems into deployable AI systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering or related roles
• Experience building AI/LLM-powered applications
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
• Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Customer-facing engineering experience
• Willing to travel ~25% for client engagements

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operationalize agentic AI workflows in ServiceNow and enterprise environments
• Translate customer requirements into technical architectures and production-ready AI solutions
