Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work directly with customers to deploy, operationalize, and scale AI-powered workflows. You will blend full-stack engineering with enterprise integrations and client-facing solution delivery while leveraging Claude and other leading AI technologies.

You will help design secure, scalable AI-driven solutions, build reusable accelerators, and contribute to NewRocket’s AI Foundry strategy.

Qualifications

5-8 years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
Experience building AI/LLM powered applications and agent workflows.
Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.
Experience with enterprise integration and cloud-native apps.
Familiarity with ServiceNow and Claude platforms.

Responsibilities

Deploy AI-powered workflows and automations within client ServiceNow environments.
Translate business requirements into technical architectures and production-ready AI solutions.
Integrate NewRocket Agent Packs and AI accelerators into enterprise systems.
Collaborate with consultants, product teams, and customers to deliver scalable AI outcomes.
Apply responsible AI practices, data governance, and security considerations.
