Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a highly skilled Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join the AI Foundry team and work directly with customers to deploy, operationalize, and scale AI-powered workflows and integrations. This role blends full-stack engineering, enterprise integration, and responsible AI practices in a client-facing capacity.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of software engineering, systems integration, enterprise platforms, workflow automation, or related technical delivery roles.
• Strong engineering foundation with hands-on full-stack development, scripting, APIs, microservices, enterprise integrations, or cloud-native apps.
• Experience building or supporting AI/LLM-powered apps, AI-enabled automations, or agent-based workflows.
• Experience integrating APIs and enterprise data platforms in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and operationalize AI workflows, assistants, and automations within client ServiceNow environments and enterprise ecosystems.
• Translate customer requirements into technical architectures, implementation plans, and production-ready AI solutions.
• Integrate NewRocket Agent Packs, AI accelerators, and workflow solutions into enterprise environments.
• Work directly with customer teams to tailor AI solutions to operating models and data sources.
• Support workshops, discovery sessions, pilots, and production rollouts.
• Communicate AI capabilities, tradeoffs, and adoption considerations to technical and business stakeholders.
