Job summary

NewRocket seeks a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work with customers, deploying and scaling AI-powered workflows within ServiceNow and enterprise systems. You will apply prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic patterns using Claude and other AI platforms to deliver secure, production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering, systems integration, or related technical delivery roles.
• Experience building, deploying, or supporting AI/LLM-powered applications and AI-enabled automations.
• Experience integrating APIs and enterprise systems in production environments.
• Strong client-facing delivery experience with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and operationalize AI workflows and automations within client environments.
• Translate customer requirements into technical architectures and production-ready AI solutions.
• Integrate NewRocket Agent Packs and AI accelerators into enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with customer teams to tailor AI solutions to operating models and data sources.
• Support workshops, pilots, and production rollouts, and communicate capabilities and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
