Job summary

Provectus seeks a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join our AI delivery practice in the United States. You will embed with client teams, understand domains quickly, and ship production GenAI/LLM systems on AWS using containers, Kubernetes, and IaC.

You’ll work near senior leadership, own outcomes, and remain hands-on while shaping high impact solutions. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in software, production deployments, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building software; hands-on and production code ownership.
• Willing to spend weeks doing someone else’s job before coding.
• Learn domains quickly and argue with domain experts.
• Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production, not just demos.

Responsibilities

• Embed with the customer’s team inside their process.
• Own the method; drive design and delivery, not just a ticket.
• Work across BU heads and CTO to redesign systems.
• Develop and deploy production-grade GenAI/LLM solutions on AWS.
• Evaluate non-deterministic systems and articulate measurable outcomes.
• Maintain strong hands-on coding across Python/TypeScript; cloud-native on AWS.
