Job summary

Credence is seeking a FMS Program Manager to support AFLCMC/WAM at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will oversee planning, analysis, and coordination for F-16 FMS programs, including LOAs, SOOs, and SOWs, across DoD and partner nations.

You will work with SAPMs and government stakeholders, ensuring compliance with DoD policies, managing budgets, and delivering program milestones on time. A Secret clearance is required and prior DoD program experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance is required.
• 10+ years of DoD / defense program management experience.
• Proven ability to manage FMS programs and LOAs.
• Experience in acquisition policy, risk management, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee program activities and analyses for FMS programs.
• Coordinate LOA development, SOO/SOW reviews, and contractor proposals.
• Monitor funding, manpower, and staffing with country coordination.
• Support SAPMs and senior management across all acquisition phases.
• Prepare briefing materials, responses, and government communications.
• Interface with DoD agencies, contractors, and foreign governments as required.
