Job summary

Credence has an immediate need for a senior FMS Program Management Analyst Support to assist AFLCMC/WAM F-16 program management at WPAFB, OH. The role involves coordinating with U.S.

and foreign partners, developing assessments, and ensuring compliance with AECA/DSCA policies to enable timely program execution. The successful candidate will hold an active secret clearance, advanced degrees, and extensive DoD experience, with leadership responsibilities and direct impact on national security

Qualifications

• Active secret clearance required.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree with extensive DoD experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with many years of related experience, including DoD.
• Fifteen years of directly related experience with proper certifications, eight in the DoD.
• Two years’ experience in a DoD acquisition program.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to AFLCMC/WAM F-16 programs.
• Assist to plan, organize, complete, and present assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies and procedures.
• Assist to evaluate implications of existing or proposed projects, programs, processes, and policies/laws and recommend improvements.
• Assist to collect and analyze manpower data on previous programs and developing new manpower estimates.
• Assist with preparation of documentation for LORs and implementation and execution of LOAs IAW AECA, SAMM/DSCA.
• Gather, analyze, evaluate, and document information required by program or project managers and foreign customers; provide daily administrative support.
• Coordinate approvals from foreign disclosure office prior to release to foreign partners.
• Prepare briefings and reports, and document meetings with U.S. and foreign parties.
• Provide travel support for domestic and foreign travel, including DTS orders and foreign travel clearances.
• Assist with visas, passports, and other FMS travel documents as needed.
• Accomplish CONUS and OCONUS travel for F-16 program meetings and reviews.
• Interact with foreign liaisons to address housing, vehicles, medical, travel and other issues.
