QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Project Manager focused on sales and marketing of polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems in commercial, industrial, and retail markets.

The role requires experience in sales and account/territory development with a drive to grow regional sales and develop key accounts. Travel may be required to cover multiple markets and projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in flooring, construction, or sales is required.
• Two to three years of past territory and account development experience is preferred.
• Solid qualifying and closing ability with a proven sales record.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Strong time and territory management skills and motivation to grow accounts.
• College degree preferred; valid driver's license required; authorized to work in the United States; pre-employment drug test.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow accounts and territory through existing clients, cold calls, telemarketing, and business meetings.
• Conduct site inspections, deliver proposals, and demonstrate materials to prospects.
• Provide accurate information for proposal creation for customers.
• Some overnight travel is required.
• Aim to expand regional sales and improve market presence.
