Job summary

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Technical Representative to support the Regional Sales Manager by marketing polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems to industrial, commercial, and retail markets. The role requires sales and estimating experience with the flooring industry, and involves account development and proposing solutions.

The representative will measure floors, prepare material estimates, and collaborate with the sales force to generate accurate proposals,

Qualifications

• Experience in general flooring, construction, or sales is required.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong time and territory management skills and motivation to develop new accounts.
• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Valid State driver's license (in good standing) is required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Account development and territory development through existing account follow up, cold calling/prospecting, telemarketing lead follow up, target marketing and business development meetings.
• New and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries and material demonstration.
• Measure floors and estimate the amount of material and labor needed.
• Work closely with the sales force to provide accurate information for proposals for customers.
• Occasional overnight travel.
• Motivation to help grow and build regional sales.
