Job summary

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is seeking a Technical Representative to support the Regional Sales Manager by marketing our polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems to commercial and industrial markets. The successful candidate will also have sales and/or estimating experience, preferably in the flooring industry.

The role involves account development, site inspections, measurements, and providing accurate material estimates.

Qualifications

Experience in flooring, construction, or sales is required.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong time and territory management; motivated to develop new accounts.
College degree preferred, but not required.
Valid State driver's license (in good standing).
18 years of age or older; authorized to work in the United States.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

Develop accounts and territory through follow up, cold calling, telemarketing, lead follow up, target marketing and meetings.
Develop new and existing accounts, conduct site inspections, deliver proposals, and demonstrate materials.
Measure floors and estimate material and labor needs.
Collaborate with the sales force to prepare proposals for customers.
Occasional overnight travel.
Grow regional sales and help build market presence.
