Job summary

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is the nation's largest self performing flooring contractor and leading provider of polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings for industrial, commercial, and retail spaces. We are hiring a Flooring Estimator to support the Regional Sales Manager and grow regional sales.

The ideal candidate will have sales and/or estimating experience in flooring, with strong account development, site inspection, and proposal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in flooring, construction, or sales is required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong time and territory management and growth drive.
• College degree preferred, not required.
• Valid State driver's license in good standing required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Develop existing accounts and territories through follow-up, cold calling, telemarketing, and meetings.
• Develop new and existing accounts, conduct site inspections, deliver proposals, demonstrate materials.
• Measure floors and estimate material and labor needs.
• Collaborate with sales to provide accurate proposal information.
• Occasional overnight travel.
• Motivate and grow regional sales.
