First Citizens Bank is seeking a Senior Sales & Service Representative to support sales and service delivery in our branch network. This float role requires commuting to multiple locations to meet branch needs, building relationships, and driving customer engagement.

You will handle deposits, payments, and digital access products while referring opportunities to the banking partners. Strong communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
• Candidates with 6 months in a First Citizens customer support role or in a career development program will be considered.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
