Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Senior Sales & Service Representative to support sales and service delivery in the branch. This float position covers Bennetsville, Chesterfield, Bishophville, Pageland and Cheraw with mileage reimbursed.

You will build banking relationships through proactive outreach, handle deposits and payments, and refer opportunities to bank partners. Travel is required to cover multiple locations, and you will adapt to both transaction processing and sales roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year in Sales or customer service, or 6 months in a First Citizens customer support role or career program.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in telephone sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and service delivery in the branch through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Engage customers, prospects and referral sources to generate business and CRA opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures while delivering excellent customer service.
