Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Senior Sales & Service Representative to support branch sales and service delivery. You will nurture customer relationships, handle deposits and payments, promote digital banking solutions, and refer customers to the right bank partner to grow relationships.

This float position requires travel to four branches in Durham, two in Chapel Hill, and one in Pittsboro. Mileage will be reimbursed, and you will stay aligned with branch goals while delivering consistent,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1 year experience in Sales or customer service; or 6 months in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank; or participation in a First Citizens career development program
• Bachelor's Degree preferred for advancement
• Experience in branch sales and customer outreach is a plus

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and/or team financial, production and relationship goals through sales and service delivery
• Engage with customers, prospects and referral sources through proactive outreach
• Represent the Bank in the community by attending events to generate business and CRA opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service and accurate transaction processing
