Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year experience in Sales or customer service.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license; frequent driving to other offices; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Sales - Achieve individual and/or team financial, production and relationship results relative to metrics and goals.
• Engage with customers, prospects and referral sources through proactive outreach.
• Represent the Bank in the community by attending events to generate additional business and CRA opportunities.
• Engage in sales practices that create value for both the customer and the bank.
• Partner, plan and prepare to ensure conversations provide relevant financial guidance.
