First Citizens Bank is seeking a Senior Sales & Service Representative to support branch sales and service, building relationships through proactive outreach and attentive service. This float position travels to Bennettsville, Chesterfield, Bishopville, Pageland and Cheraw; mileage is reimbursed.

You’ll process deposits, payment solutions and digital access products while referring sales opportunities to bank partners.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year sales or customer service experience, or 6 months in a First Citizens customer support role.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in telephone sales is preferred.

• Engage customers, prospects and referrals through proactive outreach.
• Represent the Bank in the community at events to generate business and CRA opportunities.
