Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Senior Sales & Service Representative to support sales and service delivery in the branch. You will build and expand banking relationships through proactive outreach and excellent customer service, handling deposits, payments, and digital access products.

You will collaborate with bank partners, adapt to branch needs, and identify opportunities for referrals while maintaining compliance and delivering reliable service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year sales or customer service experience.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Telephone sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Achieve individual and/or team financial, production and relationship results.
• Engage customers, prospects and referral sources through proactive outreach.
• Represent the Bank in the community by attending events to generate business and CRA opportunities.
• Follow compliance, policies and procedures to manage risk in customer interactions and transactions.
• Maintain operations accuracy and efficiency in deposits and related services.
