Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years’ related field experience; alternative combinations with 3–7 years experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate across the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Excel and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to repair custody.
• Document accurately in Cox Fleet systems for each customer contact.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to schedule technicians for accounts.
• Encourage preventive maintenance scheduling to build a steady workflow.
• Support dispatching and service scheduling initiatives.
