Job summary

Cox Fleet in the United States seeks a Lead Fleet Automotive Maintenance Technician with DOT qualifications to keep our mobile and center-based fleets moving. You’ll lead a shop, diagnose complex vehicle systems, and ensure top-quality service for our customers.

This role requires Master ASE, diesel and transmission experience, and the ability to supervise others while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. Daily day shifts at our Tulsa location with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with extensive diesel/heavy truck repair experience.
• Master-level ASE certification preferred.
• Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
• DOT-regulated pre-employment background screening and DOT physical.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
• Lead and train shop personnel to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with vendors for parts and repairs; may assist with scheduling.
