Job summary

Cox Fleet in Tulsa is seeking a Lead Fleet Automotive Maintenance Technician to oversee, diagnose, and repair vehicles across our service network. You will deliver exceptional service, mentor junior techs, and ensure work meets safety and quality standards.

The role requires extensive experience with diesel and heavy-duty systems, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to coordinate with vendors for parts and services. Training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of related experience.
• Master Level ASE certification preferred.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• DOT pre-employment requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on light to heavy trucks.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Interact with customers and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Lead and mentor shop staff, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate with vendors for parts and ensure timely service.
• Uphold OSHA/EPA compliance and company SOPs.
