Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with extensive experience in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance.
• Possession of or ability to attain Master ASE certification and DOT regulatory knowledge.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on light to heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
• Lead a team of technicians, provide direction, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Maintain vehicle history and maintenance records; coordinate with vendors for parts and repairs.
• Interact with customers with strong interpersonal skills and deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, FMCSA and company SOPs; assist in scheduling work.
