Job summary

Cox Fleet, a leading nationwide fleet maintenance provider, seeks a Master-level Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on light through heavy-duty trucks and equipment. You will interact with customers, diagnose complex issues, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.

This on-site role requires ASE Master certification (preferred), extensive diesel repair experience, and the ability to work across multiple truck applications while maintaining detailed service records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 5 years in related field; alternative combinations with 3–7 years experience accepted.
• Master Level ASE certification preferred and ongoing training to maintain ASE status.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain/maintain CDL requirements as applicable.
• Ability to drive with standard and automatic transmissions; DOT medical card or DOT physical as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs including oil/filter changes, transmission flushes, and diagnostics.
• Conduct advanced diagnostics and repairs on light to heavy-duty trucks and equipment.
• Maintain vehicle history and maintenance records; assist in up-fitting vehicles as needed.
• Ensure safety standards, proper fluid disposal, and orderly shop operations.
