Cox Fleet is seeking a Lead Fleet Automotive Maintenance Technician (DOT) to provide leadership, advanced diagnostics, and high-quality repairs for a broad range of vehicles. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

You will work at a Cox location with day shifts, supervising a small team, coordinating with vendors, and driving efficiency in maintenance operations to keep fleets moving reliably.
