Job summary

Fleet Services by Cox Automotive seeks a Master-level Technician to maintain and repair fleet vehicles with a focus on customer satisfaction and cost-efficiency. Work may be solo or in a team, performing preventive maintenance and advanced diagnostics across a range of vehicle types.

The role emphasizes safe shop practices, accurate record-keeping, and interaction with customers while upholding high integrity. Certification maintenance and state licensing are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field.
• Master Level ASE certification preferred and ongoing training to maintain current ASE status.
• Must have a valid state resident driver's license and be able to obtain/maintain Driver Qualification File.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance: oil changes, filters, transmission flush, inspections and repairs.
• Perform repairs including OBD II systems, brakes, tires, suspension, electrical systems, and drive-line components.
• Maintain/repair equipment and assist with up-fit of vehicles as needed.
• Keep shop area clean and safe, dispose of fluids per regulations and safety standards.
• Create and maintain vehicle history and maintenance records; assist with roadside support when required.
• Perform complex repairs, diagnostics, design, and fabrication as needed.
