Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years in a related role.
• 3+ years in a management/leadership role.
• Experience in fleet or automobile industry preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and sell value-added services.
• Analytical skills to influence decisions and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling team to optimize workloads and staffing levels.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of fleet maintenance clients.
• Escalation point for complex client issues and decisions.
• Meet revenue and customer churn targets for the markets.
