Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling team to optimize workloads and staffing.
• Manage a portfolio of Fleet Maintenance clients in assigned territory.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets and reduce customer churn.
• Build and maintain client relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with Sales and Field Operations to maximize client value.
• Escalation point for complex customer issues and account decisions.
