• Manage a portfolio of Fleet Maintenance clients across a defined geographic territory, focusing on retention and revenue growth.
• Serve as escalation point for complex customer issues and collaborate with Sales and Field Operations to maximize value and client satisfaction.
• Communicate with internal and external clients through meetings, emails, and other channels to ensure transparency and performance.
