Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling team to optimize workload and staffing.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of Fleet Maintenance clients.
• Escalation point for complex customer issues.
• Collaborate with national and regional Sales teams.
• Meet and exceed revenue and churn targets for markets.
• Represent Cox management in customer meetings.
