Cox Automotive in Raleigh, NC seeks a Senior Manager of Fleet Client Services to lead the scheduling team, grow a portfolio of Fleet Maintenance clients, and drive revenue while keeping churn low. This regional role may cover multiple markets and requires strategic leadership and strong client relationships.

You will partner with Sales and Field Operations, manage escalations, set performance metrics, and ensure exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 8+ years in a related field.
• At least 3 years in a management/leadership role.
• Travel required: up to 40% within outlined territory.
• Safe drivers with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling team to optimize staffing and service delivery.
• Grow a portfolio of Fleet Maintenance clients in a high‑volume market.
• Meet and exceed revenue and churn targets for the assigned market(s).
• Collaborate with national/regional Sales and Field Operations.
• Escalation point for complex client issues and maintain client relationships.
