Based in Clayton, NC or fully remote with regional travel, this role emphasizes senior management, scalable processes, and collaboration across Field Operations to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 8+ years of related experience.
• At least 3 years in a management/leadership role.
• Travel up to 40% within outlined territory.
• Experience in fleet or automobile industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct the scheduling team to optimize volumes and staffing, ensuring service excellence.
• Manage a portfolio of Fleet Maintenance clients, acting as escalation point for complex issues.
• Drive revenue and reduce customer churn through strategic account management.
• Collaborate with Field Operations and other departments to maintain high service levels.
• Provide strategic leadership, reporting, and alignment of Cox products to client needs.
