Job summary

Lemartec seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure projects across the United States. You will guide cross-functional teams from concept through turnover, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

Responsibilities include developing execution plans, managing procurement, coordinating with Business Development for proposals, reporting progress, and communicating with customers. Travel up to 100% is required, with deployments across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD support in win plans, proposals, and contract reviews.
• Define project structure, roles, and responsibilities for safe, on-budget delivery.
• Develop Execution and Contract Management Plans; ensure alignment with requirements.
• Monitor progress, cash flow, change orders, and documentation turnover.
• Promote continuous improvement; present status to stakeholders.
