Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking an Electrical Senior Project Manager to lead a team of project managers and superintendents in delivering complex industrial and commercial projects. This role requires traveling up to 100% to support projects across the United States.

You will drive pre-construction efforts, manage risk, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and owners while ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction; 10–20 years PM experience preferred.
• Experience as a Project Manager on commercial/industrial projects.
• Proficiency with planning, scheduling, and production using P6 or Microsoft Project; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Superintendents to deliver projects.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks on the critical path.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and owners to initiate and develop projects.
• Travel up to 100% across the US and support multiple project locations.
• Prepare change orders and ensure project quality control and punch list completion.
• Build relationships with clients and subcontractors to grow the business.
