Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
• 5–10 years of experience on Electrical scopes for large construction projects.
• Proficiency with project controls and scheduling tools (Primavera P6, Procore, Sage).

Responsibilities

• Develops prime contract strategy and execution plans.
• Negotiate client deliverables and schedules.
• Establish project organization, roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor conformity to specifications, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead Continuous Improvement and project execution reviews.
