Job summary

Lemartec, part of MasTec, seeks an Electrical Senior Project Manager to lead a team of PMs, APMs, and superintendents on nationwide infrastructure projects. This executive role requires travel up to 100% of the time across multiple states to identify, propose, close, and manage construction opportunities.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers and owners, drive pre-construction efforts with estimating, and ensure safety, quality and client satisfaction across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
• 10 to 20 years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial and industrial projects.
• Experience leading project management teams and coordinating with subs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Superintendents to deliver projects.
• Develop contingency plans and mitigate risks on critical paths.
• Oversee subcontractor scope, contracts, and procurement.
• Manage pre-construction/RFP efforts with estimating.
• Build relationships with clients, architects, engineers and owners.
• Ensure project quality control and final punch list completion.
