Stantec Consulting International Ltd. seeks a Senior Fire Protection Engineer to join our North America Fire Protection Engineering Team. You will lead large, complex projects and mentor junior staff while ensuring high quality design and code compliance.

Ideal candidate holds a BS in Fire Protection Engineering, a P.E. in Fire Protection, 10+ years of experience, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and CFD tools. This role offers growth across major projects.

Qualifications

• BS in Fire Protection Engineering or related field; MS preferred.
• 10+ years progressive experience; P.E. with fire protection exam required.
• Familiarity with UFC and NFPA standards; code review experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects and coordinate with clients and consultants.
• Perform building, fire, and life-safety code reviews and analyses.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Supervise staff, mentor junior engineers, and ensure QA/QC.
• Support business development and proposal activities.
