Qualifications

• 5 years Fire Life Safety Industry experience, specifically in Fire Alarm.
• NICET Level 1 Fire Alarm Certification.
• Fire Alarm Systems Agent (FASA) Certification.
• 5 years of professional computer skills
• 1+ years Supervisory experience within Fire Alarm.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Alarm Service Department field personnel to build a first-class service team.
• Complete all open work orders within 30 days of creation.
• Schedule field activities and coordinate with customers; assist when problems arise.
• Review employee time sheets for payroll; ensure timely submissions.
• Assist Service Sales in pricing service work per pricing structure.
• Ensure 24-hour emergency response readiness and customer/office responsiveness.
• Purchase or rent equipment; visit job sites and maintain communications with customers.
• Coordinate tool inventory and maintenance; ensure safety policies are followed.
