Job summary

Ericsson Mobile Financial Services seeks a Senior Presales Solution Architect in the US. You will champion the technical presales lifecycle, translating fintech depth into winning solutions for banks and digital providers.

You will design scalable architectures across mobile money, wallets, and payments, addressing security and compliance while driving business value for executives. This role requires US residency and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or equivalent deep technical roles in US fintech or financial services.
• Proven ability to lead architecture-driven engagements in fintech or payments from design to decision.
• Strong hands-on understanding of fintech platforms, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures.
• Deep knowledge of transaction processing, security, data integration, and system scalability.
• Ability to translate technical depth into business value for executives.
• Excellent written, presentation, and RFP response skills.
• Collaborative, customer-first mindset with cross-functional maturity.
• Ability to work independently in the US while aligning with a global team.
• Established US fintech network and willingness to travel.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to executive presentations.
• Lead as the technical authority, matching Ericsson capabilities to client fintech needs.
• Architect scalable solutions across mobile money, digital wallets, and APIs.
• Address security, compliance, and interoperability in US financial services.
• Craft narratives showing business value from deep technical capability.
• Produce high-quality proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Ensure clean handovers to delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Track US fintech trends and feed insights into strategy.
• Create reusable assets, reference architectures, and demos.
• Mentor colleagues and support partner-led engagements.
