Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or other deeply technical roles within fintech or financial services technology organizations in the US.
• A proven track record of technically leading complex, architecture-driven engagements in fintech or payments.
• Strong hands-on understanding of fintech platforms, including mobile money and digital payments.
• Fluency in payments fundamentals: transaction processing, security, data integration, scalability.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to executive presentations.
• Act as the lead technical authority in customer engagements for fintech solutions.
• Architect tailored, scalable solutions spanning mobile money, wallets, payments, and API ecosystems.
• Design integration and systems architectures addressing security, compliance, and scalability.
• Build compelling solution narratives connecting technical capability to business value.
