Job summary

Ericsson Mobile Financial Services seeks a Senior Presales Solution Architect to lead technical engagements across mobile money, digital wallets, and payments in the US. You will own discovery through live demos, architect scalable solutions, and craft RFP responses while collaborating with sales and product teams.

You will translate deep fintech architecture into business value for executives and engineers, build reusable assets, and stay ahead of US market trends.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture or similar technical roles in fintech/payments.
• Led complex, architecture-driven engagements end-to-end in fintech.
• Hands-on fintech platforms knowledge: mobile money, wallets, APIs, microservices.
• Strong understanding of payments security, data integration, scalability, resilience.
• Able to translate deep tech into business value for executives.
• Excellent design, writing, presentation, and RFP response skills.
• Collaborative, customer-first mindset with stakeholder credibility.
• US-based role with ability to travel; network in US fintech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical presales—from discovery to solution design and demos.
• Lead technical authority in engagements; position Ericsson MF Services as strategic fit.
• Architect tailored solutions across mobile money, wallets, payments, APIs.
• Design integrations addressing security, compliance, and scalability.
• Create solution narratives linking tech depth to business value for engineers and execs.
• Produce technical proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Handover to delivery; coordinate with sales, product, and implementation teams.
• Track US fintech trends and feed insights into strategy.
• Build reusable assets: reference architectures, demos, patterns.
• Mentor teammates to raise presales solution-architecture depth.
