Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, seeks a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to own Zuora platform admin, Billing and Revenue/RevPro, and data integrity across connected systems. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions, collaborate with IT and Finance, and ensure SOX controls are met.

You’ll work with Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, and downstream financial systems to drive accurate revenue recognition and seamless integrations while supporting growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue/RevPro.
• In-depth functional knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer and own configuration of the Zuora platform, including Billing and Revenue/RevPro.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Triage issues and identify required bug fixes for Zuora in partnership with third-party resources.
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and implement solutions.
• Participate in all stages of the SDLC, including QA and UAT for Zuora-related changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes.
• Ensure configurations and processes meet audit and SOX compliance requirements.
