Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to own Zuora platform administration for Billing, Collections, and Revenue Accounting, partnering with IT to ensure data quality and scalable solutions for growth.

You will translate business needs into specifications, triage issues with third‑party resources, identify gaps, and participate in all SDLC phases while maintaining SOX compliance and strong cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of hands-on Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue/RevPro experience.
In-depth functional knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
Strong SQL skills and ability to write clean queries.
Proven ability to partner with Finance and IT teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Administer and own configuration of the Zuora platform, including Billing and Revenue/RevPro.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
Triage issues and identify required bug fixes for Zuora with third-party resources.
Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and implement solutions.
Participate in all stages of the SDLC, including QA and UAT for Zuora changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes.
Ensure system configurations meet audit and SOX compliance.
